Jeff Mattson is thrilled to announce Dark Star Orchestra’s return to Milwaukee’s fantastic Summerfest on 
July 6 as part of the Midwest swing of DSO Summer Tour 2019. The band has always enjoyed 
performing alongside Summerfest’s wide variety of top-notch talent, and expect nothing less from this 
year. The festival runs June 26-30 & July 2-7, line-up information as well as festival passes and

Spring Tour is On! 

Spring has sprung at Dark Star Orchestra®, Jeff Mattson is on the road again!  Join Jeff this weekend in St. Augustine, and Pompano Beach, FL where he’ll recreate 9/11/82 from the West Palm Beach Auditorium.  Hang out next week with him in Orlando, Tallahassee, and Charleston, then be with him next weekend, April 5-6 for two nights in Atlanta, and a Sunday Funday April 7 in Birmingham, AL.  After that it’s Nashville, Asheville, Charlotte, Raleigh, then Wilmington, NC on April 14.  Head over to the Dark Star Orchestra Tour Dates page now for DSO Fan Club Tickets, and be sure to pop by the Merch table and the new DSO Webstore to check out what’s fresh-baked for Spring.  See you soon!

DSO Spring Tour Almost Here  

Jeff Mattson is ready to welcome Spring with Dark Star Orchestra® this Thursday, March 28 in St. Petersburg, FL.  This tour spends five nights in the Sunshine State with stops in St. Augustine, and Pompano Beach March 30 where we’ll recreate 9/11/82 from the West Palm Beach Auditorium, the off to Orlando and Tallahassee.  The following week finds Jeff in Charleston, SC on April 4, Atlanta for a pair April 5-6, and a Birmingham Sunday, April 7.  Jeff returns to Nashville on April 9, then he’ll cover North Carolina end-to-end stopping in Asheville, Charlotte, and Raleigh before wrapping up in Wilmington, Sunday April 14.  Snap up those tickets now and we’ll see you down South next week.  Happy Spring!

Introducing Dark Star's Pisgah Jubilee 

Dark Star Jubilee takes their beloved Jubilee on the road this summer August 16 & 17 by transforming the traditional 2-night visit to Black Mountain, NC into a mini DSO Pisgah Jubilee.  Complete with all the festive vibes of the hallmark Dark Star Jubilee, Jeff and DSO will share the stage with Peter Rowan, Midnight North, California Kind, The Lil Smokies, Josh Phillips Feels Good, Captain Midnight Band, Campfire Reverends, and The Snozzberries.  Enjoy 2 days and nights, 9 bands, 18 hours of music, local craft vendors, local food trucks, crowd performers, and more!  Tickets for the Pisgah Jubilee and the rest of summer tour are on-sale now!

Announcing DSO Summer 2019 

Jeff Mattson is pleased to join Dark Star Orchestra’s jam-packed summer schedule starting June 28 in Knoxville, TN and continuing through Cincinnati and Sylvania, OH June 29-30, Chesterfield, MO July 3, and Aurora, IL July 5.  Catch Jeff at the 18th Northwest String Summit in North Plains, OR July 18, then back on the East Coast for two nights in Hampton Beach, NH July 26-27, the first night featuring a special recreation of 5/11/79 from the Billerica Forum 40 years later. After that it’s off to East Providence, RI July 28, and Utica, NY July 30.  Be there when he returns to the ballpark in Rochester, August 2, then cruise on to Hyannis, MA and Westbrook, ME August 4-5, and Atlantic City, NJ August 9.  Jeff’s in Asbury, NJ next where he’ll bust out a recreation of 7/9/89 from Giants Stadium to honor its 30th year, then a Dewey Beach pair August 12-13.  Summer wraps with a stop in Richmond, VA August 15 then DSO’s annual Black Mountain, NC getaway August 16-17 with the newly-minted Pisgah Jubilee.

Catch Jeff Mattson on the road when Dark Star Orchestra® Spring Tour kicks off with a 5-night Florida swing starting Thursday, March 28 in St. Petersburg.  Escape the cold in St. Augustine, Pompano Beach, Orlando, and Tallahassee before a night in Charleston, SC April 4.  Be there Friday and Saturday, April 5-6 in Atlanta, then head over to Birmingham for a proper Sunday Funday. Unite in Nashville, April 9, then again in Asheville April 11 marking the beginning of a 4-night stand in the Tar Heel State.  Make a weekend of Charlotte, Raleigh, and Wilmington before DSO breaks for a couple of weeks only to pick right back up on the way to the 8th Annual Dark Star Jubilee, site of the next Jeff Mattson & Friends show!
